There is nothing truer than the fact that the NG will become the OG eventually. And thus it makes sense to be more empathetic and curious towards the "other side" whether you are newer or tenured at an organization. Open-mindedness towards change is probably the numero ero trait to inculcate in everyone involved. Founders have an outsized responsibility to role-model this trait also!
